Originally from Kent, Daniel trained at the Drama Studio London.This year has seen him play Satan in The Southwark Mysteries,a Metal Detectorist in an ident for Dave, a surly security guard on Casualty and Johnny Vegas' stunt double in the new series of Ideal.
Favourite roles include the brain-damaged Aston in The Caretaker for Nottingham Playhouse, furry-faced failed Lothario Norman in The Norman Conquests at The Wolsey Theatre Ipswich and the adventurous Park Keeper in It Can Happen Here, London Bubble's interactive show that saw Wood Green High Street closed to traffic and invaded by friendly monsters.
For the legendary late Ken Campbell Daniel performed in the marathon 22 hour epic The Warp as a travelling hippy musician, a reincarnated kitchen porter and the Chinese Ambassador. He also played Banakhu in Ken's Pidgin Macbeth show Makbed at the Cottesloe and the enthusiastic idiot Twoo in Skungpoomery, directed by Daisy Campbell at the TAZ.
Work in rep at Nottingham, Ipswich and Harrogate has seen him play Iago, Romeo plus leads in Marisol, Gasping and Billy Liar.
Daniel has completed an Arts Foundation course, and studied the History and Linguistics of English and the History of the internet with the Open University.
