A graduate of the Drama Centre London, Joseph was born in Bath and raised there and in London. He is from half English, half Irish stock.
In the last year he has completed an 8 month tour round Europe with Tour De Force in their production of The Importance of Being Earnest, playing the role of Algernon. Previous theatre credits include Cider with Rosie for the New Vic, Newcastle under Lyme, Amy's View for the Peter Hall Company, Great Expectations for the RSC, Romeo & Juliet at the Harlow Playhouse, Persians for Thiasos, Galileo at the Edinburgh Fringe, The Duchess of Malfi, Mary Stuart and The Threepenny Opera at the Cochrane Theatre.
His screen credits include New Tricks and Crimewatch Solved for the BBC and shorts for the National Film and Television School. Commercials include Orange, Vodaphone, BMW, Lynx, Sky and Pepsi.
Joseph is also a singer/song writer who plays rhythm guitar. His voice style is suited to folk, comedy and he has a strong rock belt.
