Selina trained at East 15. After graduating in 2006, she played Samina in an international tour of When The Lights Went Out, the Baron in The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, Prisoner in The Penal Colony, Nurse in Medea and Kasturba in In The Shadow of Gandhi, all for Tara Arts. She ended 2007 in a touring production with Theatre Centre, playing Kiran in Romeo in the City, which toured nationally to schools and theatres, including the Unicorn, the Contact Theatre in Manchester, Birmingham Rep and the Crucible in Sheffield. In 2008 Selina worked with Lightning Ensemble for National Poetry Day and presented for Xbox 360 and Sky Sports Freewheel.
In 2009, Selina performed at Polka Theatre, proving her versatile skills playing a variety of characters in The Jolly Postman. In 2010 Selina has worked as an MC and presenter for Sport Relief, Sky Ride and a number of small game shows. Selina has also been working with Mike Leigh on his new project. She finishes the year playing Kool Kat in Dick Whittington.
A British Mauritian, Selina is the twin of actor Shane Zaza.
