Suzanne made her TV debut as 80's rebel Kim, in Jonathan Creek: The Judas Tree, Easter 2010. Over the last year she has toured with Unlimited Theatre, playing a young woman, orphaned during the Balkans war, in The Moon The Moon; performed with The Tobacco Factory and Travelling Light in a company devised production of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves; and played Poppaea Sabina in Octavia, at The ICA (see Spotlight CV for further details).
Suzanne has also had the pleasure of working with The New Vic, Newcastle Under-Lyme, Theatre By The Lake, Keswick, The Taunton Brewhouse and The Birmingham Stage Company (UK. No.1 Tour).
She has completed Shakespeare courses with Simon Trinder, The Propel Acting School and Paul Gladwin, The Principle Theatre Co, an intensive summer school with Howard Barker and Gerrard McArthur and a Musical Theatre course with Ardingly International Music School. She has a 2.5 octave singing range covering sultry blues, a belt to ‘D' and lighter soprano.
Suzanne is experienced in Middle Eastern/Belly Dance, is high level Salsa and has performed in several physical theatre productions. She has worked with some exceptional practitioners including John Wright (Trestle), Sudha Bhuchar (Tamasha Theatre) and Shobna Gulati (Actress & Choreographer). She is also a basic mask and physical theatre practitioner for Trestle.
A graduate of both The Webber Douglas Academy (Distinction) and The University Of East Anglia (1st Class BA Hons), Suzanne was born and raised in North London. She is a multi-ethnic, incredibly versatile actress whose casting bracket has covered Classical English, British, Arabic, Turkish, Pakistani, Eastern European and Jewish thus far.
