Now pandemic restrictions are beginning to ease, we are restarting the process of considering new applications.

We are a co-operative. That means we are all both actors and agents, and the day to day running of the agency is something we all share. We all work to make acting opportunities for each other and commission from your acting work goes to running the business.

We expect members to staff the office once a week, unless they have an acting job and are paying commission to the agency. In the office you will be submitting clients for work, dealing with auditions and castings, and giving the good news when a job comes in. We also expect members to attend monthly meetings.

At the moment, like most of the world we are working successfully from home, but this obviously makes meeting and training new members more complicated. However we want to look ahead to the time later in the year when we can welcome new members.

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

  • Actors from under represented groups.

  • Actors in the age group 30 to 50.

  • Actors with strong credits and musical talents.

  • Actors with Drama School Training.

If you are interested you can email us at Please include a CV (a link to your Spotlight CV is fine) and a link to your showreel or screen work online, and an outline of why you are interested in joining a co-operative agency.

Due to the volume of applicants we receive we cannot guarantee replying to everyone but if we are interested we can start a discussion as to how we work as a co-op, what is involved in being a member, and what the current opportunities are.
