Simon Norbury

Simon Norbury


Born and raised on a farm in Cheshire, Simon moved to London and trained at East 15 Acting School.


His screen credits include the sinister Faith Militant in series 5 of Game of Thrones and the strange but kindly Monk in Coronation Street. Short films include the comedy The Last of the Lollipop Men and the science fiction short Scattered


His theatre work ranges from touring the South West as Prospero in The Tempest for Miracle Theatre to playing the title role of the murderous Count Oederland at the Arcola and the wicked Queen Shanti in Bollywood Cinderella at Tara Arts. 


Other projects include Christmas shows at The Brewhouse Theatre, Taunton; outdoor Shakespeare tours for Heartbreak Productions and site-specific shows for demi-paradise productions in Lancaster.


West End understudy roles include performing as Robbie Ross in The Judas Kiss at The Duke of York's Theatre and Relative Values at The Harold Pinter Theatre.


Simon reads regularly for InterAct Stroke Support in clubs around London and most recently he performed site-specific tales on King Arthur & Merlin at Tintagel Castle in Cornwall for Time Will Tell Theatre.
