



Keir McGarry
Keir was born and raised in Motherwell, a small town near Glasgow. During his late secondary school years, he studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's Youth Theatre and Juniors Course. He then moved to London to study acting at Italia Conti, graduating in 2024. Whilst training his roles included sensitive nurse Tim in Earthquakes in London, Portia in Julius Caesar and the witty Dr Finache in A Flea in Her Ear.
Keir loves playing misunderstood characters like John from Cock by Mike Bartlett, which he performed at the Kit Kat Club for his drama school showcase. He is especially keen on American realism and enjoyed the role of George Deever in All My Sons at the Omnibus Theatre, Clapham.
Having passed his Grade 1 piano exam, and practised trumpet for 2 years, he is keen to learn more music. He also enjoys singing- his vocal range is baritone - Musical Theatre, pop, rock, and jazz.
Keir has shown an interest in writing and directing. Having written and directed a dissertation in his final year of training. He hopes to invest more time in his writing and directing.
Aside from performing, Keir is a cinephile and also spends a lot of quality time with his friends, reading, or trying not to fall over while in Warrior Three pose during his yoga time.
